Botanical Designs in Rockville, MD is seeking an Interior Maintenance Horticulture Technician to perform landscape maintenance with care and efficiency. You will manage client accounts, groom plants, monitor soil moisture, and maintain tools on site, while ensuring sites are restored to original condition after service.

The role requires driving in downtown areas and a proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year horticultural education or equivalent experience.
• Tropical horticultural background preferred
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous and efficient service to clients.
• Manage assigned client accounts and daily routes.
• Grooming and trimming plants and probing soil moisture.
• Cleaning plants and maintaining tools on site.
• Ensure work sites are restored to original condition after service.
