Job summary

Botanical Designs is seeking an Interior Maintenance Horticulture Technician to perform landscape maintenance for client accounts, grooming plants, managing soil moisture, cleaning plants, and ensuring sites are restored to original condition. You will drive to various sites, maintain a clean vehicle, and uphold safety standards while building positive client relationships.

This role is on-site and requires reliable transportation and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year horticultural education or equivalent.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Grooming and pruning plants.
• Maintain client routes and service quality.
• Drive to downtown urban areas safely.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report issues.
• Assist with LEAN activities and safety compliance.
