Job summary

Botanical Designs LLC in Austin, TX is seeking an Interior Maintenance Horticulture Technician to perform landscape maintenance tasks with care and efficiency. You will manage client accounts, groom plants, monitor soil moisture, and ensure sites are restored to their original condition after each visit.

Responsibilities

• Exceed client expectations with professional, courteous and efficient service at all times.
• Manage assigned client accounts and daily route effectively.
• Grooming and trimming plants.
• Probing soil for appropriate moisture levels.
• Cleaning plants with a duster, hand washing and/or spraying as needed.
• Keep track of tools on job site.
• Write up special services as needed (large tree trimming, pesticide application, etc.).
• Must be able to drive in downtown urban areas.
• Maintain clean vehicle at all times, interior and exterior.
• Report accidents immediately and keep records accurate.
• Identify plant replacements and install small replacements as needed.
• Restore work sites to original condition or better, with no dirt left behind.
