Job summary

Botanical Designs LLC is seeking an Interior Installation Horticulture Technician in Austin, TX. You will join the installation team delivering subtropical and flowering plants to clients and help keep the warehouse organized and clean.

You will receive on‑the‑job training, work with a professional team, and contribute to high-quality landscape installations and seasonal décor projects. A valid driver's license and plant-handling skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
Experience using standard landscape equipment and tools properly and safely (pruners, pole saw, power shears, and other hand tools).

Responsibilities

Exceed client’s expectation by providing professional, considerate and efficient services.
Professional mannerisms, appearance, and actions (self-confident and committed to high ethics).
Must be able to operate a box truck.
Adhering to company maintenance inspection procedures, reporting issues and accidents immediately.
Understanding proper horticultural techniques and willingness to learn from a knowledgeable team.
Detail oriented with the ability to keep on a time schedule.
Able to communicate verbally and in writing to clients and team members.
Work efficiently both individually and in a team with little supervision, make decisions with initiative.
Update and utilize customer management systems daily, keeping accurate records on all accounts.
