Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager – Interior & Fit-Out to lead interior construction and architectural finish activities for large-scale data centers and mission-critical infrastructure projects.

You will oversee subcontractors, coordinate schedules, and ensure occupancy readiness and customer turnover. Ideal candidates have a background in interior fit-out, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multi-trade teams while maintaining safety and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline with 5+ years of interior construction leadership experience.
• Experience reading architectural drawings and coordinating multiple trades.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and onsite project assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of interior construction and architectural fit-out activities across mission-critical and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field supervision, commissioning teams, and project stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, schedules, and construction documentation to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Support constructability reviews, procurement planning, logistics coordination, and project execution strategies.
• Identify project risks, field conflicts, schedule impacts, quality concerns, and turnover challenges while developing practical solutions.
• Ensure interior and fit-out construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and customer expectations.
