Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. (MIS) is seeking an Interior Electrical Construction Manager to lead field execution of electrical work on large-scale data centers and mission-critical facilities.

You will manage subcontractors, coordinate with project teams, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on site in Hubbard, TX with up to 75% travel. This role requires a strong background in electrical construction, proven leadership, and the ability to align engineering, procurement,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field with 7+ years electrical construction experience.
• Experience leading electrical construction on data centers, mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, switchgear, generators, UPS, and related infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating electrical subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel across project phases.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, specs, schedules, and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of interior electrical construction activities for large-scale data centers.
• Oversee electrical subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure safety and productivity.
• Coordinate installation activities for power distribution, switchgear, UPS, generators, and bus duct.
• Support startup, energization, testing, and turnover to achieve operational readiness.
• Lead coordination meetings and constructability reviews with multiple stakeholders.
