Job summary

Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Design and Finish Coordinator who will oversee the design and finishes across church and school campuses. The role requires managing interior finishes, furnishings, vendor relationships, budgets, and schedules, collaborating with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure cohesive spaces.

The ideal candidate has strong design sense, excellent organizational skills, and experience with CAD, Revit or SketchUp, AutoCAD, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Strong eye for design with solid organizational and follow-through skills.
• Experience working with vendors, budgets, and deadlines.
• Working knowledge of CAD and Revit or SketchUp.

Responsibilities

• Design and finishes coordination across campuses.
• Create finish and design schedules; select materials and provide product information.
• Maintain consistency across design: carpet, paint, furniture, custom cabinetry, and space planning.
• Renderings and documentation using CAD/Revit/SketchUp.
• Liaise between architects, designers, and subcontractors.
• Build design boards for presentations.
• Update layouts and site plans using AutoCAD (Revit a plus).
• Establish and manage vendor relationships and project budgets.
