Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living seeks a Custom Interiors Coordinator to market, sell, coordinate, and oversee the installation of custom finishes in residents' apartments. Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a field related to Interior Design.
• At least 1 year of broad customer service experience in a Maintenance or General Services department.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate each phase of custom service projects, including marketing, invoicing, implementation and QA.
• Answer calls, take requests, and follow up on work orders from residents and staff.
• Maintain schedules for Custom Interiors appointments.
• Market finishes and products to residents and assist in selection of finishes.
• Provide pricing, process and product specifications to residents.
• Process work orders, issue purchase orders to contractors, and schedule work.
