Job summary

Erickson Senior Living seeks a Front Desk Associate at Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living. You will greet residents, visitors, and staff, direct inquiries, and ensure a warm, welcoming environment to set the tone of their experience.

You will be the first point of contact for residents and families, handling emergencies, monitoring safety systems, and maintaining accurate census and logistics, while supporting mail and package distribution daily.

Qualifications

• Receptionist experience required.
• Excellent verbal skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct residents, visitors, and staff, handling questions and concerns efficiently.
• Receive emergency calls from residents and staff and dispatch appropriate personnel; page on-call physicians as needed in an accurate and calm manner.
• Monitor all emergency pull cords for Independent Living residents.
• Track status of residents involved in a situation (e.g., transported to hospital).
• Manage resident lists alphabetically and by apartment.
• Assist with maintaining census information, hospitalizations, deaths, and lists of residents away/returning.
• Log all resident packages and notify residents of package pickup; dispatch mail daily; sort and distribute inter-office mail.
