Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Custom Interiors Coordinator to market, sell, coordinate and oversee the installation of custom finishes in residents' apartments. You will impact occupancy and growth by delivering high-quality finishes and coordinated project management.

The role requires 3+ years in interior design and 1+ year in customer service within maintenance or general services, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 year experience in a field related to Interior Design.
• Minimum of 1 year minimum of broad customer service experience within a Maintenance or General Services department is required.
• Maintenance trouble-shooting and coordination, as well as public relations experience, is a plus.
• Project planning experience is a necessary.
• Analytical, project coordination, and public relations experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate each phase of custom service projects, to include: initial marketing efforts, invoicing, final implementation and quality assurance.
• Answer calls, take requests, and follow up on work orders from residents and staff.
• Maintain schedules for Custom Interiors appointments.
• Market custom services finishes and products to both future and existing residents and assist in the selection of custom finishes and products.
• Provide pricing, process and product specification information to residents.
• Process custom services work orders, issue purchase orders to contractors, and schedule the work to be performed.
• Log all custom service checks received and deliver them to the Finance Department on a monthly basis.

How you will make an impact

• Compensation: commensurate with experience ranging from $52,000 - $53,000 annually.

What you will need

• Project planning experience is a necessary.
