Job summary

Freeman Health in Springdale, AR is seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician to apply drywall finishes, paint interior and exterior surfaces, and remove wallpaper in patient areas and common spaces.

The successful candidate will maintain facilities in good repair, perform routine preventative maintenance, and support a wide range of trades; a valid driver's license and drywall finishing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Experience finishing drywall on walls and ceilings.

Responsibilities

• Apply drywall finishes to walls and ceilings.
• Interior and exterior painting.
• Remove wallpaper and prepare surfaces for finishing.

What You'll Do

Apply drywall finishes to new and existing walls, interior/exterior painting, removes wallpaper. Maintain facilities in a good state of repair and appearance, including walls, ceilings, doors, door hardware, floors and exterior. Perform routine preventative maintenance.

Requirements

• Current driver's license + clean driving record.
• Previous drywall finishing experience.
