Job summary

Freeman Health System is seeking a maintenance professional in Springdale, AR. You will perform drywall finishing, interior/exterior painting, wallpaper removal, and general facility upkeep to keep spaces in top condition.

The role emphasizes preventative maintenance and a hands-on approach to keep walls, ceilings, doors, and fixtures in good repair, supporting a safe, clean environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have drywall finishing experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

What You'll Do

Apply drywall finishes to new and existing walls, interior/exterior painting, removes wallpaper. Maintain facilities in a good state of repair and appearance, including walls, ceilings, doors, door hardware, floors and exterior. Perform routine preventative maintenance.

Requirements

• Current driver's license + clean driving record.


• Previous drywall finishing experience.
