Job summary

Freeman Health System in Springdale, AR is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain HVAC and refrigeration equipment. You will install light ductwork, air registers, and thermostats as needed, and oversee outside contractors on complex systems.

The role requires independent work and a clean driving record. Qualified candidates have an A/C and refrigeration technical degree or equivalent experience, plus a valid license.

Qualifications

• HVAC and refrigeration knowledge is required.
• Clean driving record and a valid driver's license are essential.
• Ability to work independently and monitor external contractors.
