Job summary

Mackenzie is seeking an Interior Designer in Sacramento with 4–8 years of experience to work on workplace and corporate interiors as part of a multi-discipline team.

You will utilize Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, REVIT, SketchUp, and Enscape to deliver tenant improvements, coordinate projects, and mentor junior designers in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–8 years of interior designer experience on multi-discipline teams.
• Experience with interior tenant improvements, workplace and corporate interiors.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, REVIT; SketchUp and Enscape a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on multi-discipline design teams on interior projects.
• Lead interior tenant improvement concepts for workplace/corporate spaces.

We appreciate your interest in Mackenzie! We have exciting, immediate employment opportunities in our Sacramento office for Interior Designer with 4-8 years of experience. We are seeking candidates that demonstrate design and technical abilities in working on a multi-discipline team as well as interior tenant improvement projects of various types – end user and owner driven, predominately Workplace, Corporate interiors, etc.

Communication/organizational/multi-tasking/interpersonal skills, project coordination, some project management and mentoring experience, Adobe Suite, AutoCAD and REVIT proficiency required. Adobe Suite, SketchUp, and Enscape experience a plus!

Bachelor’s degree required.

Salary Range: $66,000 to $75,000

At Mackenzie, we work a hybrid office schedule; all staff work in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with an option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
