Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design.
• IAI: Architect License required.
• 3+ years of relevant interiors experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, Procore, MS Office, and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Assist design concepts and FF&E planning and selections.
• Support production of construction documents with oversight.
• Coordinate with vendors for finishes and specifications.
• Attend site visits and contribute to field reports and quality control.
