Qualifications

• Requires 5–10 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design.
• Portfolio demonstrates thoughtful ideas, strong visual communication, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.
• Experience communicating design ideas through drawing, modeling, visualization, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and delivery of educational, cultural, and community-focused projects across all design phases.
• Programing, stakeholder engagement, space planning, detailing, documentation, bidding, and construction administration.
• Develop interior architectural solutions that elevate user experience while supporting project goals and performance.
• Collaborate with architects, strategists, consultants, and clients to translate ideas into built environments.
• Prepare and coordinate drawings, details, finish documentation, and project deliverables.
• Produce diagrams, renderings, presentations, and visual materials to communicate ideas clearly.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and design reviews.
• Resolve design and technical challenges with creative problem-solving.
• Support permitting, bidding, and construction administration.
