Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
• Architectural licensure (California licensure a plus).
• Minimum 6+ years focused on interior architecture and full project delivery.
• Proven experience managing multiple architectural projects at various stages.
• Strong proficiency in Revit is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the documentation and technical development of interior architecture projects, ensuring clarity and coordination.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously through phases from conceptual design to construction administration.
• Develop architectural drawings and specifications communicating planning concepts and ensuring QA/QC.
• Ensure realization of design intent throughout delivery phases.
• Coordinate with wide range of consultants (MEP, structural, lighting, AV/IT, sustainability)
• Manage code compliance, jurisdictional requirements, and permit submissions
• Provide leadership during construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, and site visits
• Mentor junior architects and designers, fostering collaboration and studio culture
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Studio Directors on planning, workflows, schedules
• Align project goals with timelines and design outcomes
• Grow project management skills and take on broader leadership responsibilities
