You will lead design, project administration, and the revision of technical documents while collaborating with a team of architects and engineers to realize beautiful spaces. Responsibilities include programming client needs, space planning, concept design, schematic design, and construction documentation from concept to completion, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in interior design from an accredited program.
• 5+ years of interior design experience.
• NCDIQ certification preferred.
• Experience in maintaining client relationships.
• AutoCAD and Revit experience required.
• SketchUp experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Design and delivery of interior project components from programming to construction administration.
• Participate in selection and presentation of FF&E, fabrics, lighting, and color palettes.
• Provide design support and documentation from concept to completion including 3D development and construction documents.
