The ideal candidate is polished, highly organized, tech-savvy and possesses excellent communication skills. Responsibilities span pricing research, fabric and finish sourcing, sample orders, and calendar coordination. This full-time role offers growth opportunities within a premier design studio and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management, organizational and prioritization skills.
• Computer skills and proper phone etiquette.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, highly professional environment.
• Prior retail furniture and/or interior design industry experience a plus.

Norris Furniture & Interiors, a luxury furniture and interior design company in Naples, FL is seeking a Design Assistant to support our top Interior Design Consultants!

If you are an individual with a positive disposition, who is passionate about style, loves luxury furnishings and accessories, has a key eye for detail, we would like to hear from you! The ideal candidate for this role is polished, extremely organized, tech savvy, reliable, resourceful, flexible, and has excellent communication skills!

Responsibilities:

• Research and verify pricing of product
• Identify and obtain fabrics and finishes
• Order sample materials from vendors

This position is ideal for an individual who would like to enter the interior design field or who is experienced and thrives in an administrative support role. This opportunity is full time, 5 days a week. Ability to work alternating Sundays 12-5 is a plus! Opportunity for advancement for the right candidate.
