Job summary

Greenkey Resources LLC is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to lead design projects across diverse sectors in a hybrid work setting. You will collaborate with architects and clients, develop multiple design schemes, and present spaces with finishes and specifications.

The role emphasizes mentoring, professional development, and flexible scheduling, including remote work one day per week. Strong Revit/Bluebeam skills and NCIDQ preference are valued.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years interior design experience; 7+ years for senior leadership roles.
  • Proficiency with Revit and Bluebeam for design and documentation.
  • NCIDQ certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead interior design efforts on sophisticated projects aligning with architectural concepts.
  • Develop multiple design schemes and refine concepts with client feedback.
  • Prepare space and finish selections, and present to clients.
  • Create detailed construction drawings and specs compliant with requirements.
  • Coordinate communications among clients, design teams, and contractors to maintain timelines.
  • Mentor junior designers and support team development.
  • Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and conduct site observations during construction.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and project collaboration.
