Job summary

Ideal candidates will have 3-6 years of professional interior design experience, a degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture, and LEED/WELL accreditation or a plan to pursue within 18 months. Strong leadership, concept development, and communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of professional interior design experience, with corporate/commercial background.
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• LEED or WELL accreditation, or willingness to pursue within 18 months of hire.
• Proven client leadership.
• Strong conceptual design and schematic design skills.
• Strong verbal and graphic communication skills.
• Ability to lead aspects of work with design direction.
• Experience with researching, selecting and specifying materials and finishes.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, open environment.
