Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • 6+ years experience in senior interior design role, preferably with high-end residential projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.

Responsibilities

  • Lead interior design projects from concept through construction administration and installation.
  • Collaborate with other designers to develop and execute design concepts for high-end residential projects.
  • Produce detailed drawings, architectural plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software.
  • Review and approve construction documents and shop drawings to ensure design intent is maintained.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Assist in space planning, furniture selection, and color compositions to create luxurious living spaces.
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality with sensitive client information.
  • Research high-end showrooms and product lines to source premium materials and furnishings.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and bring their vision to life.
  • Assist in the selection and customization of furniture and fixtures with vendors.

We are looking for an individual with a passion for residential high-end design, strong AutoCAD skills, highly organized, 6+ years experience. Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both architecture and interior design, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver high-end, functional, and aesthetically compelling environments.

Requirements
