We seek a creative, detail-oriented Interior Designer with a keen sense of color to join our client's team. This role requires strong design skills, technical know-how, and project management from start to finish. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment for a firm that creates interiors for all areas of corporate, hospitality, and residential design.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings, site visits, and project walkthroughs
• Participate in and lead portions of design development, including concept creation, space planning, material and finish selections, and FF&E specifications
• Create and manage construction documents, floor plans, elevations, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
• Ability to create a visually harmonious and cohesive interior through the selection of all fabrics, furnishings, finishes, and interior details within a collaborative environment
• Create specifications during sourcing selections for procurement and budgeting within in-house software
• Coordinate with the client, other team members for project management, vendors, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is met through execution
• Prepare an electronic presentation of selected materials and 3D renderings
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and sustainability practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior design (commercial and/or residential)
• Keen sense of color, composition, and visual balance
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and other 3D modeling software
• Strong knowledge of materials, furnishings, and finishes
• Understanding of building codes, ADA compliance, and construction practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
