Bluejack-National is seeking an experienced Studio Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our interior design studios at Bluejack National and Bluejack Ranch. This role focuses on keeping projects organized, coordinating purchasing, vendor relations, and client communication to move installations forward.

Qualifications

• 3+ years admin, PM, purchasing in interiors.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple projects across locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of two studio locations.
• Manage purchasing, POs, pricing, vendor specs.
• Track orders from placement to delivery and communicate updates.
• Coordinate installation schedules with vendors and contractors.
• Serve as primary client contact for orders and timelines.
• Maintain project files, invoices, and budgets with bookkeeper.
• Support designers with scheduling and procurement.
• Ensure consistent processes between locations.
• Identify issues and escalate to prevent delays.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
