Job summary

Sterling Search Partners is seeking an Interior Designer Relationship Manager to drive sales by building relationships with interior designers, decorators and design firms. You will identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts and support brand development.

You will travel up to 75% and serve as the liaison between customers and internal teams, collaborating on strategy, training, and market feedback to inform product direction.

Qualifications

• Several years of sales/business development experience.
• Experience with interior designers, architects, or design firms preferred.
• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow interior design accounts.
• Identify and acquire new interior design accounts locally and nationally.
• Build and maintain relationships with designers and design firms.
• Manage key accounts and serve as primary client contact.
• Travel up to 75% to visit clients and train product education.
