Job summary

Sterling Kohler is seeking a Design Sales Consultant to enhance the success of its luxury interiors business. The candidate will foster relationships with designers, conduct presentations, and drive sales through effective interactions while working onsite at the Seattle showroom.

This role requires at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in interior design or luxury retail, along with strong communication and organizational skills. A competitive base salary of $65,000 plus commission is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ sales experience required.
• Strong preference for prior experience in interior design or luxury retail sales.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and intermediate skills with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow sales with dedicated architect and interior design firms.
• Conduct presentations and develop new relationships to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Execute marketing plans and manage the sales process through Salesforce.
