Retail Interior Designer – Client Engagement Specialist

What You’ll Do

• In this role, you’ll leverage your interior design expertise and consultative mindset to engage with retail clients, present design solutions, and strengthen partnerships. Your day will include:
• Client Engagement & Brand Advocacy – Become the go-to expert on our retail design capabilities and guide clients through design solutions that elevate their brand.
• Business Development Through Design – Lead lunch & learns, showroom presentations, and webinars to educate and inspire clients.
• Creative Marketing & Collateral – Collaborate with the marketing team to craft custom design decks, lookbooks, and client presentations that speak to brand identity and vision.
• Industry Immersion – Represent our brand at design events, trade shows, and industry conferences, building connections that drive future opportunities.
• Design + Data Integration – Use Salesforce CRM to track client interactions, follow up on leads, and ensure every opportunity is nurtured into a strong relationship.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or related field
• 2+ years in retail design, business development, or client-facing design role
• A passion for retail environments, customer experience, and design innovation
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills—able to translate design concepts into compelling client narratives
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM tools (Salesforce a plus)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple priorities
• A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
