Zusammenfassung

Living Spaces is seeking a sales-driven Interior Design Associate to greet guests, assess design goals, and provide product recommendations in-store. You will present customized room designs, maintain knowledge of merchandise, process transactions, and support the team to achieve revenue targets.

The role requires an Associate degree in interior design or equivalent, 1–2 years in customer service or retail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Training and internal certification are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree (A.A. or A.S.) or equivalent in interior design; 1–2 years experience in customer service, retail, or furniture store.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; knowledge of design software is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Greet and engage guests using Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model.
• Determine guests’ goals and requirements of their design project.
• Provide design advice, product knowledge, and recommendations.
• Present customized room designs with fabrics, furniture, tables and accessories.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise lines; product features, benefits and availability.
• Master product knowledge and brand design inspiration.
• Process transactions in the POS system.
• Complete required training and participate in ongoing learning.
• Support store team to delight guests and achieve revenue targets.
• Ensure store is Grand Opening ready by completing daily task list and style guides.
• Ability to work weekends and most holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
