Qualifications

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Interior Design Sales Assistant to join our Miami showroom team.

Role Description

In this role, you will play a key role in supporting sales operations, client experience, and project coordination within a high-end interior design showroom environment. This position combines administrative, commercial, and design-related responsibilities, contributing directly to sales effectiveness, client satisfaction, and daily showroom performance.

Duties

• Provide administrative and operational support to management and the sales team
• Assist in the preparation of commercial proposals and sales documentation
• Support coordination and follow-up on ongoing sales projects

Client Experience

• Assist in delivering a high level of customer service throughout the sales and post-sales process
• Support communication and service-related needs of showroom clients
• Assist with coordination of installation projects as required
• Support logistics and execution of project-related activities

Marketing & Events Support

• Provide operational support for marketing initiatives and showroom events
• Assist with setup and coordination of promotional and client-facing activities

Showroom Operations

• Support daily showroom operations to ensure organization, presentation, and functionality
• Contribute to maintaining a professional and welcoming showroom environment

Design & Technical Support

• Assist with AutoCAD drawings and project renderings
• Provide technical and design support to the sales and project teams

Work Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Required to work every other Saturday, as scheduled
