Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and offering product knowledge.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs.
• Guide customers to products relevant to their preferences and needs.
• Promote and upsell products and services to maximize sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Stay updated on products, promotions, and upcoming events.
• Operate point-of-sales system and handle transactions.
• Assist in tagging, merchandising, and restocking product.
• Help maintain a clean and organized store, including visual merchandising.
• Process returns according to company policies and procedures.
• Relay valuable customer feedback to Retail Manager.
• Must be able to work Saturdays and surrounding holidays.
