This unique role blends interior design support with executive support for the owner, requiring organization, multi-tasking, and teamwork with designers, builders, and vendors. You will develop design concepts, renderings, floor plans, elevations, and material specifications while also assisting with owner calendars, travel, and special projects.

Qualifications

• Has an associate’s degree or equivalent in a similar role.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop.
• Maintains confidentiality and professionalism.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present design concepts and renderings.
• Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and material specs.
• Coordinate with builders, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Manage projects from concept to installation and styling.
• Provide executive support to the owner, including calendar management.
