Job summary

You will engage with customers, explain products, oversee opening/closing, merchandise effectively, prepare inventory, and coordinate with team to deliver a polished shopping experience while working a rotating Saturday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Assist customers and resolve inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Operate POS system and complete transactions.
• Address customer feedback and escalate issues as needed.
• Help achieve sales goals through merchandising and promotions.
• Stay updated on products, promotions, and events.
• Prepare inventory for merchandising: receiving, tagging, and placement.
• Work rotating Saturdays, holidays, and events when needed.
