Job summary

MA Design is seeking a Project Manager for our Interior Design studio. You will oversee architecture projects from inception to closeout, guiding production teams and coordinating with clients, consultants, and in-house staff.

The role requires strong Revit skills, budgets, and contract awareness, with an emphasis on QA/QC and construction documentation. Join a collaborative team focused on innovative design solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design.
• 8+ years of experience in architecture/ interior design projects.
• Proficient in Revit and Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of architectural contracts, budgets, and building codes.
• Strong communication and coordination with diverse project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycle and lead production team from early site analysis through closeout.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and scope; serve as primary client liaison.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and in-house teams.
• Produce construction documents from schematic design to construction administration.
• Schedule activities and staffing in line with project hours.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews of drawings and specs before issuance and coordinate approvals.
