Brobston Group LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support Lead Designers in managing interior design projects for a luxury gallery environment. You will coordinate consultations, site visits, and documentation while serving as the primary client liaison from order placement through delivery and installation.

You will ensure schedules, quality standards, and cross-functional collaboration are met, while representing the brand through professional service on the gallery floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in design firms or luxury retail preferred.
• Proven ability coordinating multiple concurrent projects.
• Highly organized, collaborative, results-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience within a design firm, high-end furniture showroom, or luxury retail preferred.
• Proven success coordinating multiple concurrent projects and strong relationship-driven mentality.
• Highly organized, collaborative, results-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, Google Applications, and experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs., maneuver around gallery spaces, and travel locally or out of state; licensed to drive preferred.
