Job summary

RH (Restoration Hardware) in Aspen seeks a design project coordinator to deliver a premium experience for RH Interior Design clients. You will create and maintain project documentation, coordinate initial design phases, and partner with RH Interior Designers on site visits to guide orders from placement through delivery.

You will liaise with cross-functional teams, maintain schedules, and uphold RH's luxury brand standards, while traveling as needed to support projects.

Qualifications

• Experience within a design firm, high-end furniture showroom or luxury retail preferred.
• Proven success coordinating concurrent projects.
• Strategic with a relationship-driven mentality.
• Highly organized, collaborative and results-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Mac Operating System, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
• Solid technical background with experience using Salesforce.

OUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques
• Ability to maneuver effectively around Gallery floor, stock room and office
• Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
• Licensed to drive preferred
• Ability to travel locally or out of state
