Job summary

RH Interiors in King of Prussia seeks a client experience specialist to deliver luxury service on the gallery floor, assess walk-in clients, and partner with the interior design team to meet client needs.

You will own the full client journey from initial contact through product delivery, grow and maintain a strong client base, and uphold brand standards to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in design or luxury retail preferred.
• Background in art, architecture, or interior design preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and collaborative.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Requirements

• Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Background in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design and relevant experience preferred
• People and relationship driven with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, collaborative, results-oriented, with strategic and mental agility
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs, maneuver around gallery and stock room, and perform prolonged standing and physical tasks; licensed to drive and ability to travel preferred
