Atmosphere is seeking an experienced Interior Design Practice Leader to shape and grow its interiors studio in Arizona. You’ll work with firm leadership to set direction, pursue new projects, and mentor designers while delivering exceptional spaces from concept through construction.

The role requires a strong balance of design excellence and business development, a track record in hospitality, corporate, and high-end residential interiors, and proficiency with Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 8+ years of professional interior design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating leadership and project delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow Atmosphere's interior design practice.
• Develop scopes, fees, proposals, budgets, and schedules.
• Lead projects from initial concept through construction.
• Mentor designers and help build the interiors team.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors and clients.
