Job summary

LJC Design & Engineering is seeking an experienced Interiors Project Manager to support its Phoenix portfolio. You will guide commercial interiors projects, coordinating with clients, leadership, and consultants to deliver high-quality design on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities include developing programs, managing schedules, and presenting to clients while mentoring colleagues and expanding the Phoenix practice. Travel nationwide is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture required.
• 8+ years of experience in interior design or architecture.
• Licensed as an architect or interior designer preferred.
• Proficient with AutoCAD/Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop the spatial program and project requirements with client and management.
• Manage project schedule and internal resources to meet milestones.
• Guide design to align with client budget and oversee concept development.
• Coordinate technical design decisions with consultants and vendors.
• Lead client presentations and support pursuit opportunities.
