• Manage all client communication during design and project management of residential renovations.
• Design, detail, and document interior projects including cabinetry, materials, fixtures, and window coverings.
• Create design presentations with senior designer and attend presentations with clients.
• Work with reps and makers to create comprehensive estimates and presentations for each project.
• Write contracts and manage payments for projects.
• Produce build documents for contractors, permits, and project managers.
• Support project management during construction to ensure the built product meets expectations.
• Site visits to projects as required.
