Job Description

Airy Kitchens is hiring a Design Coordinator We are looking for a caring, outgoing, and driven individual who excels at communication, technical details, and project oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage all client communication during the design and project management of residential renovations.
• Work with the senior designer to design, detail, and document all aspects of interior projects including detailed custom cabinetry, materials selections, fixture specifications, and window coverings.
• Work with our network of reps and makers to create comprehensive estimates and presentations for each project.
• Create design presentation with Senior designer and attend presentation with clients.
• Manage follow up needs.
• Write contracts and manage payments for projects.
• Work with project management team to create build documents for each project for contractors, permits, and project managers.
• Work with Project Manager during construction to manage changes and ensure the built product meets expectations.
• Project site visits required.

Other responsibilities may include

• Source hardware, furniture, and fabrics and schedule learning sessions with reps.
• Manage showroom.
• Stock supplies, organize samples, and help run events.
• Help marketing team with research, writing, photos, and events.
