You will work closely with the senior designer to detail cabinetry, materials, fixtures, and window treatments, while coordinating with reps to prepare estimates and presentations.

The role involves documenting designs, writing contracts, and guiding project management through construction, site visits, and changes to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in architecture, interior design, construction management, or four+ years in a professional design/build office.
• 2+ years in design or construction management office.
• Strong communication managing client communication in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage all client communication during design and project management of residential renovations.
• Collaborate with senior designer to design, detail, and document interior projects including cabinetry, materials, fixtures, and window coverings.
• Coordinate with reps and makers to prepare estimates and presentations for each project.
• Create design presentations with the Senior designer and attend presentations with clients; manage follow-up needs.
