Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Commercial Project Manager for their office in Philadelphia, PA. This role involves managing and supervising all aspects of interior design projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and budget requirements.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years in Interior Design, a relevant degree, and proficiency in design software including Revit and Sketchup. A generous compensation package and supportive work environment are offered.
Colliers Engineering & Design is currently looking for a Commercial Project Manager to join our Interior Design team in our Philadelphia, PA office! In this role, you will manage, direct, and supervise the work efforts of assigned staff and coordinate the technical and managerial direction provided by Management regarding scope, schedule, quality and budget of projects. Our success is built around listening to our clients and collaborating with them to achieve an environment that fosters creativity, comfort, efficiency and flexibility. Our interior designers go beyond the observed finishes and furniture to create innovative solutions by reviewing every component within a building’s interior. Then, we execute a successful design by taking an objective look at your organization and observing how you work and function within that space. We take pride in delivering results that are innovative, sustainable and award winning. Strong presentation skills and proficiency in Revit, Sketchup, Enscape and Indesign are a requirement.
