Tekton Building Solutions Group (BSG) seeks a driven Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial interior improvements and tenant renovations. The role blends self-perform leadership with general contracting oversight, directing crews, coordinating trades, and ensuring craftsmanship aligns with Tekton standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience in GC or specialty subcontracting roles.
• Deep knowledge of divisions 6, 8, 9, 10, 13 and related trades.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and developing detailed schedules using software.
• Proven ability to manage job site safety and stakeholder relationships.
• Resourceful, organized, and able to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated field operations for self-perform and GC roles.
• Enforce safety and quality through regular inspections and training.
• Monitor progress versus budget and adjust labor/resources as needed.
• Oversee procurement of materials, delivery logs, and daily production.
• Understand contracts to protect company from unplanned costs.
• Coordinate look-aheads and site logistics across multiple active jobs.
• Oversee daily reports, time entry, and field data submissions.
• Grow the division by hiring and developing craft personnel for bids.
