Job summary

Feeding Tampa Bay seeks an experienced Interior & Commercial Design Manager to bring our physical spaces to life—creating functional, branded environments for staff, volunteers, donors, and community members. The role emphasizes cohesive design, room flow, and architectural branding across offices, hubs, and warehouse spaces.

This role works closely with the Chief Experience Officer to align facilities with FTB’s culture and brand, then lead the execution from concept through installations,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial interior design or related fields.
• Ability to present visual concepts to diverse audiences and collaborate with marketing teams.
• Experience using space planning software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) and visual representation tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Responsibilities

• Develop cohesive design concepts and space layouts that optimize traffic flow and atmosphere.
• Source, manage, and track furniture, fixtures, finishes, and contractors while managing vendor relationships.
• Present design concepts to executive leadership and donor committees, ensuring brand alignment.
• Lead vendor partnerships and oversee installations across multiple facilities.
