This 100% onsite role in Denver, CO is a temporary assignment expected to last 3–6 months, with potential extension or permanent placement.

The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years in HR, including 5 years in senior roles, and experience in consultative HR.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior role.
Experience in consultative roles.
Lean manufacturing environment experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Overseeing all HR operations including Employee Relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits.
Develop a 3-year HR roadmap with executive leadership to align with growth goals.
Advise executive leadership on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design.
Establish career pathways and succession plans.
Develop and implement employee training, including leadership development.
Review and optimize company benefits offerings.
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
