Qualifications

• Associates Degree and seven years in acute or ambulatory SPD
• Five years of SPD leadership experience
• Strong communication across diverse audiences and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Implement tools to effectively perform day-to-day operations
• Manage, coach, and mentor staff
• Evaluate current processes and implement Process Improvement Initiative
• Provide weekly project status reports to project director
• Communicate barriers that will interfere with daily operations to appropriate parties
• Oversee instrument storage, handling, and sterilization workflow
