Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• Seven years in an acute or ambulatory sterile processing department.
• Five years SPD leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement tools to improve day-to-day operations.
• Coach and mentor staff.
• Evaluate processes and implement improvement initiatives.
• Provide weekly status reports to project director.
• Communicate barriers affecting daily operations.
