Job summary

Instrumentum is seeking a Director of Sterile Processing to lead our SPD across multiple shifts, coordinating Coordinators and Technicians. You will own department performance including people, processes, quality and outcomes, and maintain compliance with standards.

The role requires a detail-oriented, calm leader who can navigate complexity and drive continuous improvement in a fast-growing organization. On-site at our Richmond, VA facility.

Qualifications

• Certification in sterile processing (CRCST or equivalent) is required.
• At least 5 years in sterile processing.
• Minimum 3+ years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and infection control practices.
