Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership - Provide on time availability of supplies/instrumentation for surgical and clinic procedures and proper processing of sterile items.
• Staff Supervision - Plan and supervise SPD team activities; conduct orientations and evaluate staff.
• Staff Leadership - Maintain morale and monitor competency; coach staff and support evaluations.
• Resource Management - Manage staffing, supplies, equipment, and instrumentation; ensure policy compliance.
• Fiscal Responsibility - Maintain current SPD knowledge and uphold financial accountability.
