Job summary

Steel Technologies LLC is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee the production floor, ensuring safe, efficient operation of quality product and adherence to safety policies. You will coach and develop employees with on-the-spot feedback and formal reviews, while enforcing company rules and producing results.

Key duties include monitoring production levels, making quality control decisions, and approving timecards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes and quality standards.
• Ability to read and understand material tags and production instructions.
• Ability to accurately use measuring tools and input data into a computer.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate critical thinking.
